As a true patriot Admir represents some of the best of Bergen; an eclectic taste and an ability to challenge the audience. He has an uncompromising approach as a dj. He plays Scottish punk, house, synth epics from Asia, dirty percussion oriented disco, futuristic new wave, krautrock and schizophrenic pop as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Admir has already played with and opened for big names like John Talabot, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Tiger & Woods, Prins Thomas, Lindstrøm, Blondes and John Heckle. He has remixed Casiokids and released the dreamy "Rosenbergsgaten" on his first 12 ". Admir also has a remix on the way of Pop queen Annie. Rumor has it that the EP which comes out next year several will feature remixes of artists linked to Bergen. Admir runs the record label Maximal and organizes concerts and club at Østre.
When the art student Florian Bürki moved to bergen last he quickly became a part of the club scene in Bergen. First and foremost he is a talented dj but also an aspiring producer. Gray Chalk has great love for music with finesse, elegance and subtle melodies, and have included Floating Points, Andrew Weatherall and moderate in the record bag.
